Returns and refund policy

At Kaluxe Jewelry, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and reliable service. However, we understand that there may be reasons why a customer needs to return or exchange a product. This Returns and Refund Policy explains how to request a return and what to expect during the process.

 

When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to ensure that everything is included and in good condition. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be approved by our customer service team before they can be processed.

 

In most cases, if you want to return or exchange a product, we will require that it be returned in its original packaging with all of the original components. Products returned without the original packaging or components may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or defective when it was received.

 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in good condition and that all of the original parts are included. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was originally used to make the purchase.
